Requirement for selling on Facebook with Builderfly

To be eligible to list products on Facebook by using the Facebook sales channel you may require to meet a few requirements:

• You need a Facebook page for your business.
• Your Customer email needs to be a valid email.
• Your store needs to list products for sale in a currency that’s supported by Facebook.

Facebook page settings

Ensure that your Facebook page is set up for the Shop section by checking its settings:

• The Facebook page needs to use the Shopping template.
• Your Facebook account needs to have an admin role on the page.
• The Facebook page needs to be published.

You also need to have a Facebook-supported currency selected in Builderfly to be eligible to use the Facebook sales channel.

Steps:

1. Ensure that your store meets the requirements for selling on Facebook, you have a Facebook page for your business, and you understand Facebook’s policies.
2. Add the Facebook sales channel in your admin account, and then wait for Facebook to review your shop.
3. Publish products and collections to Facebook.

Remove the Facebook sales channel

Steps:

• From your admin account, click Settings, and then click Sales channels.
• Click the trash beside the Facebook sales channel. If you want to give a reason for removing the channel, then enter it in the field.
• Click Remove to confirm

Review the Facebook sales policy

• Before you start selling on Facebook sales channel, ensure that you go through Facebook’s commerce merchant agreement.
• Customer orders are subject to your business’s published policies, because they are placed through the Builderfly checkout.
